Converters

The generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency energy, which is then transduced by the converter into ultrasonic vibration. The sound waves cause the screening mesh to vibrate in a high frequency range. Due to the intelligent ARTECH frequency variation method with the optimum operating point search, the oscillations are efficiently transmitted to the respective application via the connected converter.

The introduced vibrations reduce the friction resistance between the moving parts (the product) and the screening mesh.

Since the ARTECH process supports the flow of various products in a variety of applications with ultrasonic, the selection of the right converter is crucial. From converters for single operation, twin operation, with fixed cable or HF cable with military connector, up to converters with IECEx / ATEX Zone 1 approval. The product range with corresponding accessories offers system manufacturers and users a solution according to plan.
